Your loyalty points will add to your account immediately after your check is closed. If your points are not added to your account please email: rewards@firevine.com a copy of your receipt with the following information: the restaurant location for which you dined, the date you dined, and approximate meal total. We are happy to add points for checks or visits that occurred in the past 60 days.

Your loyalty points will remain as points until you are ready to redeem them. You must have a minimum of 100 points in order to redeem, but after that you can redeem as many points as you would like. 10 loyalty points converts to $1 reward dollars off your check total.

Your birthday and anniversary gift will automatically be loaded to your account two weeks before your special occasion. You have 60 days from the date it is loaded onto your account, to redeem your birthday or anniversary gift.

To receive a birthday or anniversary gift, your Rewards Account must be active for at least 16 days prior to your registered celebration date.
If you created your account within that 16-day window, you won’t be eligible to receive a gift this year. It’s also possible that your celebration dates were never entered during registration.
Please log in to your account to confirm that your birthday and/or anniversary dates are listed. If you need to update your celebration dates, email us at rewards@firevine.com and we will enter the dates for you.

Yes, with a minimum spend of $300 on food and beverage purchases, you may redeem both gifts on one visit.

Yes, you can combine your birthday or anniversary gift with your existing reward dollars for redemption at any of our restaurants. Minimum spend requirements must be met.

Yes! As long as the minimum spend of $150 on food and beverage is reached. Service charge and tax do not count toward minimum spend.

Your birthday and anniversary gifts expire 60 days from the date they are loaded onto your account.

No, birthday and anniversary gifts can only be redeemed on food and beverage in our restaurants and at the Yellowhawk tasting room for food & beverage consumed on site.

Points expire one year from the date they are earned.

Points may be redeemed at the restaurant. A minimum of 100 points is needed to redeem. After that, you may redeem as many points at one time as you would like.

Yes you can! The only items that cannot be purchased with loyalty points are Private dining room fees, audio/visual rentals, flowers, retail purchases, service charge, tips, taxes, and gift cards. Other exclusions may apply.
